Our services may involve platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other third-party tools.

VOne Digitals is not responsible for:

  • Platform policy changes.
  • Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
  • Platform outages, technical issues, or algorithm updates.
  • Changes that affect campaign performance beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOne Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project according to the agreed service terms.

Upon termination:

  • Completed work must be paid for.
  • Client assets and completed deliverables will be handed over after full payment.
  • Any refund, if applicable, will be handled according to the service agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
